Diamond Bride of the Month Brides name: Ellen Vandeventer Date of Wedding: May 30^th, 2015 How they met: I saw Joshs profile on a dating website, but I wasnt brave enough to send him a message. I told some of my friends about him, and quickly realized that a lot of my friends were also friends of his. They all had great things to say about him, so I decided to send him a message on Facebook. We went to dinner a few days later and quickly fell for each other after that. How he proposed: Josh and I traveled to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and Phoenix for Spring Break last year with his parents.  The Grand Canyon was gorgeous, but we didn't stay out long before we were all cold and ready to get back to the car.  As we started to leave, we saw another lookout that we decided to stop at because it was close to the road.  As I was looking out at the canyon, Josh came and put his arm around me and started saying facts about how long it took for the Grand Canyon to form.  I was confused at first, but I started realizing what was happening when he started tying in the facts to our relationship.  He told me he had found a geode rock and handed it to me.  As I looked at it, he got down on one knee and that is when I realized that the geode would open and the ring was inside.  I was so excited, and of course I said yes! Wedding colors: Navy and Blush Pink How many bridesmaids: 5 Theme of Wedding (if you have one): Rustic Wedding Venues: The ceremony will be at St. Marys Catholic Church in Pesotum, and the reception will be in a white tent at the Rund familys barn in Tolono. You can tell that they all genuinely care about making your wedding day perfect.  I worked primarily with Morgan, and she is excellent at what she does! She listens to everything you say, and makes suggestions when you arent sure what is best.  She was such a great person to have by my side throughout this whole process. Lexie has also done such a great job with our tuxes! She helped us pick out the right colors and she made things go so smoothly. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience! Part of your wedding you are most looking forward to: Josh and I are choosing not to see each other before the wedding, so I am most looking forward to seeing him as I walk down the aisle to become Mrs. Rund!
