You've dreamt about your wedding for months (maybe years) and now it's over. As you look back on your wedding pictures you want to remember everything about your big day; how you looked, how you felt and how happy you and your new husband are on that day. Here are 10 great wedding gown shots you want to make sure you have for your album:

1. The Dress: This is a sacred picture. The lone dress tells the story of the quite moments before all the excitement began. Your gown was a particularly important part of your wedding purchases. You will want to cherish it forever. But long after the gown is tucked away in a box, you'll still be able to recapture the memories of how your gown looked that day with a stunning gown only shot.

2. Getting Dressed: This fun moment MUST be captured. All the excitement of lacing, zipping and preparing are great to remember. These are precious moments spent with those closest to you while you prepare for your moment in the spotlight. Maybe you'll even be able to see how nervous you were?

3. The finishing touches: The final accessories are all in place; the shoes, the garter, the veil, the jewelry. Don't forget to document every detail of your trousseau. They are all part of the package. Those tiny details might not be the first things you think of when reminiscing about your wedding day, but you definitely don't want to forget any of them.

4. The walk down the aisle: Do you remember this moment? Even if you saw your soon-to-be husband for photos before the wedding, this is the actual moment that your wedding began. It is a once in a lifetime photo. The shot of your walk down the aisle will always show how beautiful and happy you were at that moment. It's the first time your guests are seeing you in your gown, it's a definite moment to remember. (Besides, it can be a great picture of how happy Dad is too!)

5. The Details: You wearing your gown is just as important as the gown itself. How it fits, how it flows, the brilliant sparkle or intricate bead work. Don't miss out on any of the up close details of your gown and how amazing it looks on you. You'll probably never wear an article of clothing quite like it ever again. You'll want to remember every tiny detail of it's beauty for years to come.

6. The Back and Train: Whatever the style of your gown, don't forget about the back. Amazing trains, cathedral veils, pristine lacing and more can adorn the backs of wedding gowns. As much as you want to smile and show your lovely face in every shot, don't forget to highlight the back of the gown too.

7. The perfect you: The framed picture on every mother's wall; the perfect shot of you, the Bride. Before the tears start flowing, the flowers get smashed by all the hugs, and the dress gets dirty from the outside picture taking, just take a moment to relax and smile and look your very best. Just you. These beautiful shots will always remind you of how perfect your day was and beautiful you felt at that very moment.

8. The Recessional: You're now married! How exciting. You'll definitely want to commemorate that moment. Those sincere smiles and the sheer excitement of your exit. Did your gown flow gracefully as you walk out to meet your friends and family? Did the breeze catch your veil? You may not even realize how precious these moments are until you look at them again and again.

9. The swoosh: Your gown is magical. No matter what fabric you choose or the size of your train, your gown will move with a magical essence that must be captured and remembered. Whether that is running in a field, twirling with your new husband or spinning with Dad on the dance floor, let your gown move with excitement. When you look at these shots you'll remember all of the fun you had or dancing the night away in your gown.

10. Happiness: This is you on your best day ever. Photos can capture how you feel wearing your beautiful wedding gown. Be sure you make room in your wedding album for all the shots of you in your wedding gown just being happy. Dancing, smiling, kissing and living it up. These are truly the moments you want to capture most of all.
