When Sarah and Kirby started dating their sophomore year in high school, they never imagined their wedding day so many years later would come and go so quickly.
After Kirby's surprise birthday engagement they immediately began planning their big day.

Sarah and Kirby were married July 7, 2012 in a festive outdoor ceremony at the U of I Arboretum. The summer weather made for warm day, but the bride said "...when I look back, the heat was such a minor detail and it truly turned out amazing. I wouldn't have changed a thing."

Sometimes your wedding day can be such a whirlwind, details like the weather may never be remembered years down the road. After months of planning, be sure to take time to slow down and enjoy the details of your day.
So how can you get the most out of your day? As the bride and groom, it is imperative that you take some time during the day for yourselves. Many photographers suggest taking pictures before the wedding so the bride and groom can spend a few precious moments alone before the festivities get fully underway.
Staske Photography of Urbana, Illinois helped Sarah and Kirby capture all of their favorite moments, from their first meeting to the reception.

When asked about the favorite part of her day Sarah replied " It's really hard for me to pick one moment of the day as my favorite. It's hard to believe how fast the day went. My favorite aspect to the day though was having all our family and friends there to celebrate our special day with us, and the fact at the end of the day I was Mrs. Kirby Reifsteck." Surrounding themselves with friends and family and creating those personal and lasting memories is the highlight of their wedding day for this bride and groom.

So how can you possibly take it all in? With the additional help of
Vivid Studios, Inc. of Gibson City, Illinois Sarah and Kirby have already enjoyed reliving their day. For them another highlight was the best man and maid of honor's toasts and the amazing laughs that went along with their speeches that night. These special moments will surely bring back many memories for the bride and groom in the future.

You only have one wedding day. So remember to relax, take it all in and enjoy yourself. The day will surely go by too quickly, but your memories will last a lifetime.
